EVENT OVERVIEW
The Kids Business Carnival at the Hyderabad Kids Fair 2025 is a dynamic platform designed to nurture entrepreneurial skills among children (ages 6-16). This initiative encourages young minds to explore creativity and business by providing them the opportunity to showcase and sell products they’ve crafted themselves. The goal is to foster entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and hands-on business experience as kids manage their own stalls, engage with customers, and handle sales, all in a fun, supportive environment.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
Children aged 6 to 16 years from Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
EVENT FORMAT
Eligibility: Children (6-16 years) can apply for a stall with adult supervision.
Product Criteria: Enhance children’s skills in communication, money management, and customer interaction.
Supervision: Parents or guardians must accompany the children but are encouraged to allow the kids to take the lead.
MARKETING & PROMOTION:
Digital Campaigns: Targeted social media promotions through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube focusing on parents, schools, and kids' communities.
School Engagement: Collaboration with schools in Hyderabad to promote participation and attendance.
Local Media Coverage: Press releases, TV, and radio advertisements targeting families.
Influencer Engagement: Tie-ups with popular kids’ influencers to promote the event.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
Stall Size: 2m x 2m
Facilities Provided: Table, chairs, branding banner, and basic lighting
Safety Measures: Security personnel, child-friendly arrangements, and first-aid services.
Participation Fee: Rs.1180/- (Inclusive of 18% GST)
Note:
This is to reserve the applicant’s spot at the carnival and hold them accountable to attend as stalls are limited.
We require this fee to be paid within 48 hours of acceptance. If not paid on time, your spot will be released to our waiting list.
